Strawberry Yogurt Bowl

So easy and healthy! Kids and adults will love this.

Yields 1 serving:

Ingredients:

1 1/2  c. Plain yogurt (raw, organic, pastured dairy is best, find a local farm here)

1 tbsp. Collagen hydrolysate (optional),  I use this brand

2-4 Strawberries, sliced

2 tbsp. Pecans

1 tsp. Chia seeds (buy it here)

1-2 tbsp. Real maple syrup (buy it here)

Cinnamon to your liking  (buy it here)

 

Directions:

Put yogurt and collagen hydrolysate in bowl and mix.  Place all other ingredients over yogurt.  Enjoy!
